Searches: Unsuccessful search queries may be stored in a normalized form, together with usage counts and timestamps, to help us identify missing words and improve the dictionary. We do not need your name to record this information.
Security and abuse prevention: Contact submissions use a salted hash of the apparent IP address for rate limiting. The site does not need to store the raw IP address for this purpose.
